Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your delivery address is correct. Our team will contact you prior to your pickup or delivery to schedule a time to meet you for the exchange. 

Balloon Returns & Cancellations

The moment your order is placed our team begins preparing your unique order. Therefore, balloon cancellations with more than 72hrs of notice (prior to scheduled pick up/delivery) will result in a 50% refund or 100% store credit to be used toward a future purchase. Cancellations of balloons under 72 hours notice will not be credited nor refunded. 

We do not offer refunds on popped or deflated balloons. Balloons are balloons therefore fragile in nature. We use the highest quality latex balloon available and use great care when inflating. We are happy to provide additional tips and information to maximize the float-time/lifespan of your balloons. If you are concerned please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. We do not offer refunds on balloons.
